I feel I had to post a review after…

I feel I had to post a review after reading such negative reviews. It made me extremely nervous after reading reviews as I had already placed my order. I ordered two pairs of trainers which arrive 36 hours later! I returned one pair which was super easy and I have already received a refund. It only took about 4 days for my refund. As for the trainers, absolutely delighted with them so far. I’m not doubting anyone’s reviews but my own experience was unbelievably good.

Never recieved shoes.

Never recieved shoes.. they got shipped to different address! They said I still had to pay for. Do not buy direct online from them !

Horrible customer service. You can't return your items. they make it extremely difficult. It is fraudulent.

Returned shoes as they didn’t fit

Returned shoes as they didn’t fit. Couldn’t initiate return on the website as an error code kept appearing when I tried. Posted back via evri a fortnight ago & no refund or email confirming it’s being processed. The site also won’t let me track the return, no one answers the phone, no one response to emails. This company is the worst I have dealt with in a long time. Read your reviews and sort it out, Hoka. Now i am going to have to contact my bank to recoup my money. With so many bad reviews & comments about this company’s customer service I am surprised they’re still allowed to trade considering they don’t stand by their 30 day return guarantee.

Unable to get a response from customer services - would not recommend

Ordered a pair of Clifton 8 trainers. Unfortunately, they did not fit, so I needed to repair them (unworn - brand new in original packaging). I have tried to submit a return via the online portal, but it keeps coming up with an error code. I emailed customer services 2 weeks ago with no reply. And have sat on the helpline for over an hour with no answer. I have also tried the option to text, but it also just comes up with an error message. Very disappointed and not what I expected from such a highly rated brand. Absolutely would not recommend and would not order from them again. I am becoming increasingly sceptical about resolving this and receiving my refund.

Terrible Customer Service

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company. Returned 3 items and they only received 1 which happened to be the cheapest item, they are refusing to refund even with proof of return showing weight. UK customer service

Feeling cheated - Return does NOT exist

I purchased a pair of HOKA shoes that I didn't like and the very next day I wanted to return them for a full refund.

Before the purchase this was the promise from HOKA that I had in mind:
"Don't take our word for it, ask another runner. Better yet, try a pair for yourself. Take them for a run, or two or ten. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the original
purchase, no questions asked. What have you got to lose?"

When I started my return 1 day after trying the shoes the wording was completely different, with no free return label and:
"If your product is eligible for a return, we will email you a virtual site credit for the MSRP to be used on our site."

Well, I do NOT want your site credit because I do not like HOKA shoes after trying them. "Return" means you give me my cash back, not a site credit, otherwise that is only an exchange.

Product availability is a lie

Product availability is a lie. Put an order on for the new match 5 Trainers (2 left in stock at time of ordering) received an email the next day to say my order was cancelled ‘due to lack of inventory at point of dispatch’ went on the site to order a half size and the site was saying that the original size I ordered now had one left… ordered a half size up anyway (3 left in stock) all confirmed then today I’ve received another email to say that my order has been cancelled again ‘due to lack of inventory at point of dispatch’ checked their website again and the product that they apparently can’t fulfill is still showing as 3 in stock.
I must point out that I purchased with Klarna pay 3 on both orders so it makes me feel as if Hoka although advertise pay with Klarna don’t actually like to fulfill these orders.

BROKEN WRIST DO TO HEEL

I broke my wrist as the elf heel caused me to loose my balance and fall when I stepped back.
Lost 3 months of work and have medical bills to pay.
Submitted a claim and they refused any negligence.
They need to advise you of the heel possibly making you unstable..

I bought Hoka One One recovery flip 2

I bought Hoka One One recovery flip 2. Second time i wore them the straps on both shoes snapped! Hoka will not replace them or give me the money back!
I bought the previous Hoka One One recovery flip model and have happily used them for two years. The only reson for ordering the new pair was that the old ones were getting a bit "loose" on the feet's from using it (a lot).
The quality of the new ones seems much lower (profit optimization?), and, as i mentioned earlier, they broke the second time i wore them. So that was the last pair of Hoka's i bought........ sad!
